Sioux Center, IA – September 18, 2025 – Trans Ova Genetics (Trans Ova), a leading provider of advanced bovine reproductive technologies, today announced it has acquired ReproLogix, a respected provider of embryo transfer and IVF services based in Fort Scott, KS. This strategic acquisition strengthens Trans Ova’s presence in a key market and enhances its ability to deliver world-class services to clients nationwide.

Under the terms of the acquisition, ReproLogix’s team will join Trans Ova Genetics with minimal disruption. Clients will continue to receive the same services from the same people they know and trust, now supported by Trans Ova’s national network and advanced technologies. Nathan Wells, president of ReproLogix, will continue to operate ReproLogix as a Trans Ova Genetics satellite center in Fort Scott, KS, maintaining its in-clinic donor management services, donor housing, and pregnant recipient program to ensure continuity of care and a seamless experience for clients.
