To accomplish all that we do – it takes a dedicated team of people. From veterinarians and embryologists to animal caretakers and client service representatives, each location and its team share a consistent commitment to service that can multiply the results within any breeding program. This emphasis on teamwork is the reason many Trans Ova team members love working here. The company’s core values were identified by team members as what they felt were important.

There are team members who started with the company 40+ years ago and are still here today. They feel like they are part of the Trans Ova Family and look forward to getting up and coming to work each day.

2026 Internship applications are CLOSED.
Applications for the summer of 2027 will open in mid-September and are due October 31.

Externships are open to veterinary students year-round except for during the summer.
