Know What We’re Is Looking For 

Each year, Trans Ova awards $1,000 scholarships to students across three categories: 

• High school seniors 

• Undergraduate students 

• Veterinary school students 

Applications typically open in early to mid-January, close March 15, and recipients are announced in mid-May.  

If you’ve applied before and didn’t receive one, apply again. Many decisions come down to razor-thin margins, and growth from one year to the next matters. 

Keep Your Resume Focused and Intentional 

Your resume should tell a clear story, not list everything you’ve ever done. 

• Aim for one page 

• Highlight experiences that connect to livestock, leadership, work ethic, and responsibility
